Football is Everywhere was born with a single mission: to showcase the positive impact of football on this planet.
People often call football just a game. And it is a game. Except it’s so much more than what happens during those 90 minutes on the pitch. It’s everything around it.Â
Our philosophy is simple. Show football. All of it. Not just the top leagues and the superstar players. All of it. From the oldest coaches with 50 years at the same club to the volunteers who gave their lives to one. From clubs in villages with no shops to referees breaking barriers. From mental health groups to expat teams finding home in a new country. From remote pitches in Pakistan to amputee football. From the biggest female players to the incredible rise of football in the Faroe Islands.
Â
Our focus? What football deserves. We tell stories that don’t always make commercial sense, but that football deserves to have told. Every word written, every photo taken, 100% by us.
Beyond the magazine, we tell stories across platforms like Instagram and through documentary film, including our documentary on Bohemian FC. We’re not making them as often as we’d like. Yet. 2026 is when we change that.
We’re also a production company. We create content for brands and organisations we love. Gothia Cup, the world’s largest youth football tournament. Football clubs and fedeartions including Football Australia and the Swedish FA. Clubs like Mjällby AIF during their extraordinary league-winning season. We also provide photography for magazines we love, like 11 Freunde.Â
We have experience from the very top of football shooting Premier League players and Champions League finals, but for us it’s about all of football.
If you believe football is not just the top-leagues and want to see the positive impact of the game, on all fronts, you are in the right place.Â

Football isn’t just a game, it’s a way of life, a global obsession, and the heartbeat of communities everywhere. Football is Everywhere exists to capture the stories that make football the beautiful game it is. The ones you won’t always find on the front pages. From football magazines to content creation to documentaries.
The idea for "Football is Everywhere" started all the way back in 2019, originally as a documentary project.
At the start of 2020, we went to Capri in Italy to film our first "Football is Everywhere" documentary. By the time we left Capri, Italy was in a nationwide lockdown, and the project came to an instant halt.
At the very end of 2021 Football is Everywhere started, but in a printed format instead. Football is Everywhere: North of Sweden was formed.
In 2022 we started the production side of our company. Since then we have worked on projects like Gothia Cup, national teams like Football Australia, or teams like Real Sociedad.
At the end of 2023, we released a documentary on Ireland's oldest fan-owned club, showcasing the struggles of running such a club in a capitalist world while highlighting the key role that volunteers and fans play.
At the end of 2024 we discovered Europe's highest located football field at the Sierra Nevada High Altitude Training Centre near Granada, Spain.
We have been working hard filming several new documentaries in 2024, bringing them to the world in 2025. Shot in five different countries and two different continents, these documentaries showcase drastically different cultures and the impacts of football.
Pato is a professional footballer and a photographer and videographer. When she’s not on the pitch, she’s behind the camera capturing the emotion, the struggle, and the beauty of football in all its forms. Whether playing or documenting, she’s all about football, everywhere, all the time. She definitely owns way too many football shirts and football boots as well, but who would count.
Matt is our graphic designer based in Buckinghamshire, UK. He has been practicing graphic design for over 20 years, but most importantly, he has played a key role in the design of our magazine. Today he runs his own design practice called Made by Berry. In 2012 he turned a passion-project into a football brand called Dinkit. Dinkit fuses the beautiful game with graphic design and typography to create football art & design.
Julia, currently based in Spain, is responsible for some of our designs and ideas while also helping out with logistics.Â
Michael also plays football on the other side of the football pyramid…with expertise on screaming at the opponents hoping they will miss their touch. Most of his matchdays are spent telling the untold stories of other people though. Whether it’s women’s football, grassroots, or the fans and volunteers that make football the world’s most beautiful game. If you see him without coffee, that wasn’t him that you saw.
Ivan brings a powerhouse of experience in content creation, having most recently served as a Content Producer & Manager at GOALS while also working with the industry giants COPA90 in the past.
